TAEKWONDO (AGES 5+)

Taekwondo is most often translated as ‘the way of hand and foot’. It is a similar martial art to karate but originates from Korea and puts a heavier emphasis on kicks. This program is traditional Taekwondo and strives to develop the very best in each individual. We will practice kicks, punches, blocks, how to fall properly, sparring (controlled fighting with pads on) and much more. Students will develop self-confidence and a great sense of accomplishment by ranking through each belt level and testing their skill progression. Ages 5 and up are welcome in this class.

LITTLE NINJAS (AGES 3-5)/GYM NINJAS (AGES 6-12)

This unique, high energy class provides an opportunity to receive an introduction to basic martial arts and gymnastics. This 60-minute class allows our ninjas to spend a portion of class learning basic level martial art patterns, movements and motions. The other portion highlights gymnastics skills like basic tumbling, bar skills and vaulting. The ninjas get to practice their newly learned skills on punching bags, pads, different mats and through fun obstacle courses! A perfect introductory class into our other great programs.

CHAMPS BOXING (AGES 6-12)

These 60-minute, quick-paced classes will teach your child the science of boxing. In learning the basics of boxing we will help develop the students’ strength, balance, speed and discipline. These gains will be achieved through various boxing drills, physical activities and movements. The students will develop self-confidence and a great sense of accomplishment by ranking through different levels and testing their progression in skills learned at each level.

MISSION MUAY THAI (AGES 13+)

Muay Thai Kickboxing, also known as the ‘Art of Eight Limbs’, turns your entire body into a weapon as you efficiently work to combine punches, elbows, knees and kicks. In addition to learning kickboxing techniques, you will also have the opportunity to learn ‘the clinch’, a stand-up grappling technique that’s unique to the art of Muay Thai. Feel stronger and more confident as you condition your entire body in class through rounds of various drills. Whether you want to train to compete, get in shape or learn self-defense, this class is ‘8 limbs’ above the rest!

FAMILY FIGHT FIT/SELF DEFENSE (AGES 13+)

In this quick-paced class, 45 minutes is all it will take for you to feel the burn! We will focus mostly on fitness with a hint of self-defense. Put your body to the test through various circuit workouts, movements and self defense scenarios. Expect to see the calories fly off, feel healthier and more energized as you achieve physical betterment. This is a family friendly class, children 12 and under can participate no charge with an accompanying adult!

ZUMBA (AGES 13+)

Zumba is a super fun way to get fit, both body and soul. Burn up to 850 calories in just one hour! You will enjoy music and moves from around the world for all ages and fitness levels. This is a family friendly class, children 12 and under can participate no charge with an accompanying adult!
