Gym Ninjas is a unique, high energy class that provides an opportunity to receive an introduction to basic martial arts.

This 1-hour class allows our ninjas to learn an introduction to all of our core programs (Taekwondo, Boxing & Muay Thai). Students will develop core strength, balance and athleticism by practicing basic tumbling skills. The ninjas get to practice their newly learned skills on punching bags, pads, different mats and through fun obstacle courses!

Gym Ninjas is a perfect introductory class into our other great programs, building the fundamental skills and techniques that will aid them as they progress.

Athletic wear (nothing with buttons or zippers). Please arrive a few minutes early as you will need to complete a waiver form before class. 

We offer month-to-month and yearly membership plans with the option to choose how many classes per week you would like to attend. Please contact us for a pricing sheet.
